Bound in uniform marbled brown calf, with gilded and spandrels, large arms in the center of the boards, richly ornamented smooth spines with small irons taken from the arms arms: (5 fusées) repeated, red morocco title labels, interior scrolls, gilt edges (Binding binding). A few defects of the time. Unidentified bookplate torn off. -Cueilleret des terres, fiefs et seigneuries de Fontenailles, Boyer, Le Mez-l'archevêque, les grand et petit buissons du Mez and dependencies, for Mre Ambroise René Marquis des Roches [...] by Me Mercier, notary [...] in Donnemarie-en-Montois. 1773. -Survey of the Fontenailles seigneury and outbuildings [...], by Me Mercier, notary [...]. 1773. -Land register [...] of Mez-L'archevêque, the large and small bushes of Mez, Fratoire Noyarde, Soucy and Boyer belonging to Messire Ambroise-René Marquis Des Roches. [...], made by Me Louis Nicolas Mercier, notary [...] at Donnemarie-en-Montois [...]. 1773. These luxurious terriers and cueilleret were drawn up in 1773, when Château de Bois-Boudran belonged to Ambroise René Des Roches-Herpin de Boisboudran (arms quarterly "Argent, five crowns of thorns sable Sable, set 2 and 3, etc), a few months before its acquisition by Jean-Henry-Louis GREFFULHE.
