Count Greffulhe's staff had patiently recorded all the categories hunted: hares, rabbits, pheasants, grey partridges, red partridges, quails, rales, woodcocks, roe deer, thrushes, birds of passage, and even "wild beasts". Total game hunted was 16,305 for the 1893-1894 season, 15,980 for the 1894-1895 season and 19,319 for the 1895-1896 season.
