Zoological bingo (probably Watilliaux, circa 1905). Loto zoologique (Probably Watilliaux, circa 1905). Wood-cardboard box, size 43 x 29.5 x 5.5 cm. Oval chromolithograph glued on the lid, gilded rocaille irons in the frame. The inside of the box is compartmentalized: 12 cardboard boxes (17 x 10.5 cm), chromolithographed on one side, are arranged (either wedged under the lid, or in four ad hoc spaces), 96 small chromolithographed cardboard boxes are arranged in compartmentalized oblong boxes with glass lids. Classic lotto game with a zoological theme. Each card features a numbered representation of twelve animals, with each number corresponding to a small card featuring the animal. The large cards are distributed among the different players, while the small numbered cards are placed in a bag and drawn one by one; the first player to fill his or her card(s) is the winner. In fine condition; a few minor defects to the joints of the boxes in which the small cards are stored.
