Large embroidery of a pair of peacocks Vietnam Dated 1941 (under the reign of Bao Dei) Large, beautiful embroidery depicting a pair of peacocks next to a rock and peony branches, the male perched on a pine tree. With an inscription reading: Tong Zhuang, in the summer of 1941, presented his congratulations to Nurse Ruan Weisi and Doctor Zhu Wenji, at a time that was Bao Dai's 16th year in Vietnam.
