Photography. Set of about twenty mainly citrate and albumen prints (including one photochrome: 17474. P.Z.- Holland Molen). Circa 1890-1910. Some by one or more amateur photographers, including the painter Henri Hélis (circa 1902), and others by professional photographers ("G. H. Phot" or "N. D. Phot"). Examples of subjects: Belgium (including Ypres, Bruges and Antwerp), Holland, ports, mills, street scenes, monuments, the Canal and the Beguinage, view of a dry dock, view of the Scheldt, etc. Proofs with creases, tears and/or cornices.
