Original Indian ink drawing on Ingres paper (10.8 x 15.4 cm), mounted on cardboard cardboard (21.8 x 24.2 cm), signed Klee upper left, title, date and inventory lower edge of cardboard, passe-partout. Superb original Indian ink composition signed by Paul Klee (1879-1940) executed in 1914. Until his trip to Tunisia shortly before the outbreak of war, drawing was the almost exclusive means of almost exclusive means of expression.
